Precise Machining

Our machining services focus on quality and user-friendliness, working industrial and manufacturing materials to exact specifications for a variety of applications to meet deadlines every time.

With both a CNC lathe and CNC vertical milling machines, our manufacturing shop can meet project deadlines on time. These machines allow our team to reduce setup time ultimately reducing operating costs.

Our Machining Process

Machining processes in our Contract Manufacturing shop include milling, drilling, boring, turning (contour, form, taper, straight, parting/cutting and facing) and threading (external, internal, tapping, knurling, counterboring, countersinking, pocket, profiling and reaming).
